released his first book.

UNTITLED: Thoughts on the Creative Process

This book is a must-read for all creative types.

For those creative in the kitchen to the stage to the canvas

to the computer and to the classroom. It is chop full of

ideas and inspirations on the creative process.

As a musical artist there are some pretty consistent pitfalls

I find myself sitting in, with loads of ideas around me and

having no idea where to go.  One of my favorite chapters

in UNTITLED is about throwing away the inner critic. 

Really, literally throwing him/her/it away.

Blaine’s book as inspired me personally and I know it will be a constant go-to in those moments when my creative process is at a standstill. 

Our weekend creative team has a mantra that goes like this “we’re doing it!” Must be said with a big toothy smile and bright eyes. Well Blaine, I am so excited for you and your contribution to the artist community. “You’re doing it!”
